This week we have a very special episode. As you all know, Daisy was part of the iconic club, The Lusty Lady. They were pioneers in striking and winning rights for themselves. Now a newer generation has learned from what the LL dancers accomplished and they've won this first and very important step in workers rights for strippers!

Logn and Mia from the Red Umbrella Iceland, sat down with AMD and spilled all the beans. What's going on in Iceland? You're about to find out. The landscape is unique but similar to so much of what we deal with here in the states. In a country that has a population of roughly 360,000, it's a lot harder to hide your work, making it very difficult to be a SW and aa SW activist. However, Logn and Mia are enthusiastic and super positive and believe that change is on the horizon.

Today Daisy is joined by Stella, one of the performers from Daisy Ducati Presents: Dangerous. Dangerous is a fetish burlesque show happening now in Vegas. Stella refers to themself as "alternative" and seems to be very at home in the kink performance world. The two share some real talk about the toxic behavior they see in the clubs and how sticking together is better for us all.

For some of us, leaving stripping is a career change, for others who have been stripping as a career for many years, it feels like retiring and saying goodbye to an old friend. Sinclair and Lisa came to AMD wanting to talk about retirement as strippers. The idea of doing this panel was born. The first of its kind, we had participating community members who shared with us, to add as many perspectives as possible on this very real and not often talked about topic. We shared our stories, our perspectives. We learned from each other and empathized with each other in the ways that only SW to SW can do.
